1. About Us 

We are a small, independent bakery offering freshly made goods on-site. Products are available for purchase in person or via our online shop with a pre-order/click & collect service. 

2. Placing a Pre-Order (Click & Collect) 

  • Online orders are processed via Slerp, our third-party ordering platform. By placing an order, you agree to Slerp’s terms of service and privacy policy, which govern the handling of your order and payment information.

  • We will confirm your order by email. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us. 

  • Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled due to the perishable nature of our goods. 

  • Orders must be collected at the agreed time. We cannot guarantee availability outside of this window. 

3. Product Information 

  • All products are made fresh on-site. 

  • If you have allergies or dietary requirements, please speak to us before placing an order. 

  • As our goods are handmade, appearance may vary slightly. 

4. Allergens & Dietary Information 

  • We take allergies seriously but cannot guarantee that any product is entirely free from allergens due to shared kitchen equipment. 

  • Common allergens (e.g. nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs) may be present. 

5. Pricing & Payment 

  • All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. 

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of order for click & collect. 

  • We reserve the right to update prices at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected. 

6. Cancellations & Refunds 

  • Due to the fresh and perishable nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for change-of-mind cancellations, missed collections or in-person purchases.  

  • If there is a problem with your order (e.g. incorrect item), please contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to resolve the issue. 

  • If there’s an issue with your order (e.g. wrong item or quality concern), please contact us within 24 hours of collection, and we’ll do our best to resolve it. 

7. In-Person Sales 

  • Sales made in-shop are final. 

  • If you are dissatisfied with a product purchased in person, please speak to a member of our team on the day of purchase.  

8. Click & Collect Availability 

  • We offer click & collect during our opening hours. Please refer to your order confirmation for collection times. 

  • Orders not collected on the agreed day may not be retained and will not be refunded. 

9. Changes to Terms 

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Please check back regularly for updates. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the current terms.
